Meet Our September Good Taco: The Green Goddess Bowl

This September, the Good Taco is going green and taking a new form. Meet the Green Goddess Bowl, created in partnership with our friends at the Grosse Pointe Yacht Club.

The bowl starts with crisp romaine and mojo rice, topped with chicken, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, queso fresco and hummus, then finished with Aleppo pepper and green goddess dressing. It’s fresh, colorful and packed with flavor from top to bottom.

Throughout September, $1 from every Green Goddess Bowl sold will benefit Elizabeth’s Courage Fund  in congress with Michigan Children's Hospital, whose mission is to improve the quality of life of children and families facing complex chronic or terminal conditions through innovative programming within the Palliative Care group.

We’re proud to partner on this month’s initiative with the Grosse Pointe Yacht Club, a historic waterfront club on Lake St. Clair that has brought people together and fostered community and connection for more than a century.

The Green Goddess Bowl is available all September long at Lola’s Taco Bar. Come grab a bowl, support an incredible cause and help us do a little good along the way. 💚
