Starting this February, each month we’ll feature a limited-time taco with a purpose. Every month, proceeds will benefit a different local organization doing meaningful work in our community.
This month’s partner: Rising Stars Academy, supporting students through education, mentorship, and opportunity.
We’re kicking things off with the Nashville Hot Chicken Taco — crispy breaded chicken, spicy salsa macha, avocado ranch, jalapeño onion relish, and queso fresco. Bold, craveable, and built to make an impact.

A whole rotisserie chicken, slow-roasted until juicy and deeply flavorful, served family-style and meant to be shared.
It comes with your choice of two sides, plus everything you need to build the perfect bite at the table. Warm flour tortillas, chips and salsa, jalapeño onion relish, queso fresco, fresh cilantro, and plenty of lime to finish it just how you like.

Our Strawberry frozen margarita is non-alcoholic, same fun, same flavor, just zero proof.

Meet Tony Nouhan
General Manager
Tony’s hospitality journey started behind the counter at Otto’s Popcorn in Eastland Mall and has taken him through Detroit restaurants, years on the road as a musician, and a decade leading teams at Starbucks. Along the way, he’s learned that strong culture is what turns a restaurant into a community.
At Lola’s, Tony focuses on creating a space where guests feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. His go-to order? The Al Pastor taco. Sweet pineapple, smoky adobo, slow-roasted pork. No notes.
What he loves most is the heart this team brings every day. They care deeply about each other, our guests, and what they’re building together.
